I would give NO STARS. Service is worse than a dead toad. Place is dirty and the servers should just be removed from their jobs if they hate it so much.
Charged me double and REFUSED to refund me. Avoid getting scammed from this place.
Came by with my daughter for a kid’s scoop of ice cream which they have listed on their menu. She got the smallest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever seen which was great for my purposes. When I got to the register though, they charged a full single scoop price. When I inquired they said they have “discontinued their kid’s scoop”. If it really was a single scoop, it wasn’t worth what we paid and it’s false advertising to not tell people when they order that the menu is wrong. A couple days ago we showed up 45 minutes till close and were told at the door, as they were letting a customer out, that they were closed. Tonight, we went at 8:30 (half an hour before they close) and we were told at the front counter they were closing because the ice cream machines were down….what is this McDonald’s? If you’re going to close early and send costumers away; just change your times online.
