I normally have a good experience, but I ordered a milkshake and watched how three people completely ignored me and did not make the shake until I asked.. 10 minutes later. I will be calling a manager.
Why is this store so dirty?? It's gross...hair on the counter...all top surfaces had something on them... sprinkles & spills...unused donut container...like nothing gets wipes down. It's Gross. Floors...etc. Manager/Owner needs to address this.
1 Star and to mark something. That blond short hair girl's service is awful. Takes 10min to serve two 2 scoops sundaes, to then give you not everything you ordered. Got 1 scoops worth of ice cream, and one of them missing the almonds we asked for.
So I went to get ice cream with the family, what a mistake that was. My mother got a prepacked quart of Rainbow Sherbet for $6.99. Myself and my brother wanted cotton candy, which they didn't have in a pre-packed quart. The lady said she'd look in the back to see if they had any, they didn't and she said she would have to fresh pack it. I looked at the sign and it said a fresh packed quart would be a dollar more, $7.99. Fine, if it's to get my preferred flavor a dollar more that's okay.
