This location needs to be shut down. I’m shocked they are still open. Ever since they changed management this location has went downhill.
Worse customer service experience ever. I walk in to get a cake the young lady behind the counter did not greet or acknowledge she continued to remove things from rhe shelves behind counter. The freezer would not open, I asked for assistance, she made me feel like I was bothering her, tgen she came over to open it she couldn't open it. She advised the manager is not here I cannot open it. She asked a co worker he opened it. The cake selection was not the best but I made a selection. DO NOT BUY OR ORDER FROM THIS CLOWN SHOP. THEY SEND WRONG ITEMS! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SEND YOUR STUFF! MANGEMENT HERE DOES NOT EXIST!
Two times I've been here and walked out due to inattentive staff. Poor customer service.
