I’d be giving 0 stars if the app would let me. Sent my husband for ice cream and he calls back saying that the lady at the counter completely ignored him, so did the guy working with her. they served 4 other people who were BEHIND my husband instead of serving him. I even tried calling to speak to a manager but they can’t be bothered to pick up a phone either apparently. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
The guy working night shift doesn’t listen and he is very rude. I order on uber eats triple scooped and they didn’t had a strawberry cheesecake so i told the uber guy to tell him that put min chocolate chip but the guy on the counter refused to do it and instead of strawberry cheesecake he put strawberry even after telling him not to. You should fire this guy he was really rude
Limited varieties. Nobody in store to write happy Birthday. No chocolate crunch to buy.
