I visited this Baskin-Robbins location recently for a simple ice cream order, but the experience was disappointing. Normally, you place your order at the ice cream counter, and the employee brings it over to the register to ring it up. However, the employee (lady) refused to take my order at the ice cream counter and instead told me to come to the register, pay first, and then she would serve me. I grew up going to this Baskin Robbins - love their ice cream. It just sucks to buy an ice cream cake with hair in it though. Happened twice to me already - was hoping the first time was just a rare one. So if you love a stranger's hair in your ice cream cake - come here!
