Went there three times on a Saturday around 5. No waffle cones. It's the summer time and BR doesn't close until 9. So four hours without a popular item. Please explain.
Delicious ice cream! Friendly staff. Free pup cups. Fast service and drive thru is open!
Ordered 2 of the make your own kits through grubhub for my family of 7 because I am stuck at the race track in a motorhome with no car. Instead of calling me to say they can't fulfill the order, they allowed the driver to come all the way there and told them they can't do it. Instead they tried to give me 4 sundaes for the $73 I paid. I tried canceling the order and it wont allow me to. They also won't answer the phone. Beyond livid!
I want to spotlight the team member Terrell for his awesome customer service. He made me a custom Dubai shake and his service was a pleasure. He was very empathetic about my situation with my missing daughter and my comfort shake he made all my worries melt away. Terrell thank you for being that guy when I needed it the most.
