My mom bought ice cream and a milk shake online and we got there and they said that they do not have the ingredients to make it and my mom asks why is it on the menu then and they said idk and then my mom asks for a refund and they told she to get the refund online app but my mom signed in as a guest and then they told my mom "then your not getting a refund " and then told us there manager will call us and they have not called us and we tried to call them but they will not answer.
I am beyond appalled that I was lied to about the flavor I was served. I attempted to buy Oreo to which they claimed they were out… AGAIN!! They offered nutty coconut and I accepted to which I was given a brown ice cream that tasted of coffee. I was either given severely freezer burnt ice cream or I was lied to. Came for a milkshake and a dozen donut HOLES. The lady said $19.49! I know inflation is real but this is outrageous. No way I was paying $10 for a dozen donut holes. So I only got the milkshake. I was hesitant on the milkshake but I promised my daughter. Needless to say, we won’t be back to this establishment.
I was hunting for hand-dip, ice cream, because I'm not a big fan of soft serve. Found this place and it was very handy. I only saw one mployee inside, but she was really nice and helpful. Not huge, but there's quite a bit of parking, and it's accessible to all
