Best Cookies and Cream Ice-cream I've ever had in my life... EVER!!!
I am an Uber driver. Unfortunately, every order that starts at 3 am, when we arrive at the location, they tell us that this order is wrong. If it is wrong, why did you put it in the system and why do you accept it?
Fran was so kind and helpful when I came in to order a birthday cake for my dad. She had the brightest smile and her service is incomparable! Hands down the best place to go for a sweet treat and an ice cream cake. The transaction was smooth, fast, and most of all enjoyable. I wish all customer service representatives could carry themselves the way she does.
