I ordered an ice cream cake last minute. Gael was able to help me find what I needed and make adjustments to get the cake I was looking for. Natalia was able to also help decorate the cake with our grads name. We were very thankful and appreciative for both of their help and kind manner. Great Customer Service!
Lobby was absolutely filthy. Tables not wiped down with trash on the floor. Chairs were even worse.
This is my favorite ice cream spot in El Paso! The milk flavor is rich and delicious, and they offer a great variety of options—definitely recommend trying the Oreo flavor and their shakes. The quality of the ice cream is top-notch! The only thing I’d love to see improved is the interior design. A cozier, more inviting space would make it a perfect spot to hang out or even get some work done. Also, keeping the place extra clean would enhance the experience. We came at 8:46 and once we walk in they say “we put all the ice cream away” umm excuse me it says here close at 10 mannnn my kids were bummed way to go guys.
