Communication through drive thru is hard to speak to employees. I can't remember how many times I had to repeat myself. I asked for banana royal sundae. Didn't get any bananas on the cup they replaced with pieces of cakes on the bottom and a lot of whipped cream on top so I wouldn't notice. Never would come to this location.
They never have what we want, this is how it went, "How can I help you", "do you have strawberry cheesecake, No sorry. "Do you have Bubblegum, No sorry, Do you have Mango, No sorry. Ok what do you want to sell me?
This Baskin Robbins is pretty bad every time i go. They always act like they are getting paid per hour.
I tried ordering a cake over the phone. I was told to do it online. I explained I wanted it customized and couldn't put all the details in through the online order. She had a bad attitude and asked why I couldn't just go to the store and order it. I explained I was not able to. She said she had a customer and I had to wait. She then put me on hold but not mute. My 6 year old has never been to Baskin Robbins, today I decided to take him and he loves Vanilla Ice Cream we get there order it and the kid says I have bad news there is no more, I cant take one out because its a process and it will take too long!! Very sad, so we left..
