This Baskin Robbins is pretty bad every time i go. They always act like they are getting paid per hour. Update : This location still the worst location. The employee act with Zero sense of urgency. They always prioritize either Lobby or Drive thru leaving Online orders to the very last. They took 20-30 minutes to complete my order. This location is the worst if you want a better experience go to the location on N.Zaragoza- Rojas
Not even a handy dandy notebook could help this crew. The slowest and most clueless bunch I’ve ever seen. Took 30 minutes for me to get three items. Don’t go unless you got time.
All the staff was very friendly and energetic. It got pretty packed but they were quick at servicing everyone. We got samples and honest feedback on the flavors before we decided. The place was clean and we got to relax and eat our ice cream after a long day.
Love getting my favorite ice cream flavor here!
Great costumer service, very social, clean and quick. Would go again!!
