If I can put 0’stars I will. Nightmare customer service. The pregnant lady is rude & nasty with customers. Only 2 employees for Dunkin & Baskin. Is not the first time and always is the same poor service.
I drove to 2 different Dunkin BR and they did not have the Dubai sundaes!!!
Bad customer sevice
Ordered a single scoop, was more like a half scoop or less, even compared to all the other baskin robbins stores we'd been to before. It was outrageous but we were in a hurry to catch a flight. We had also kept asking to scan the rewards barcode to accumulate points, but we'd already paid and the staff didn't try and find a solution for us to get the points. Overall, a frustrating experience
