I was ignored when I came in by all the works. Only served when another employee came out from the back. They weren’t even busy so to be ignored and for them to be as rude as they were was unacceptable.
Came at 937 and the lobby was already closed. The boy cleaning the floors directed me to the drive through. Asked what their lobby hours were because the door stated they close at 10pm. He informed me that the lobby closes at 930pm. Told them they need to update the hours to reflect that. Also they definitely dont have "31" flavors. I asked for a chocolate ice cream & he told me the flavors they only had which was about 9 flavors or so. Very disappointing. Won't bother wasting time stopping here.
If I could give a zero I would. I have been here many times, talked to the district manager several times. This is the second time in just a short time when there is NO ice cream. Yesterday there was 3 flavors, today I tried to call to see if they had ice cream no one answered. Multiple times they don’t even have chocolate. Whoever is running this needs to be fired. i came in 2 hours before close for ice cream and all the ice cream was put away and the staff rolled their eyes at me :( i'm sorry besties i just wanted a sweet treat sorry to inconvenience you 2 hours before you close 💔 if you hate your job that much leave babe!
