Terrible Young lady! Amazing staff overall, except for the employee working on May 15, 2026, around 2:21 PM, who had braids with beads at the ends. Unfortunately, my interaction with her was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order, and upon entering, she looked at me, rolled her eyes, and continued talking with a coworker without acknowledging me. I've never seen a place like this. Went there at like 8PM, no other customers in sight. Walked in and the few employees there tended to the Dunkin side entirely, and even though it was empty there too, they never addressed us, and even after waiting 20mins, we never got served. Would not reccomend.
Stale waffle cone. This location misses the mark frequently. Finally decided to add a review.
Dirty. Bad service. Did not have full stock.
