This is the first time I've left a Yelp review but I was so annoyed at the service of the store I just had to vent! We are visiting Georgia for 6 weeks and I've always been a Baskin-Robbins fan but there are none close to where we live so I was excited - just like a little kid 😄 ice cream is still great, but the service in a word - in capitals - was RUDE!!! Horrible service, says hours are until 9 and they close the doors at 8:30
Not a very good place, it was very dirt had to ask someone to clean a table so we could sit. Ice cream was good waffle cone was horrible..... oh well
The sign said they're open till 9:00 p.m. We, a family of eight, stopped by at 8:35 p.m. We were denied entry. Something about getting the lobby cleaned up early. Didn't look like much cleaning was going on. Probably more to do with wanting to go home early. Never again.
By far theWORST Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. They have zero people skills, rude management and when they make a mistake, they won’t make it right. They’ll straight up over charge/cheat you without apology. Then they’ll call and act like they want to make it right but you’ll never hear back.
