We bought 3 milkshakes and they were all terrible! All of their ice cream tastes freezer burnt every time we come here, but NEVER AGAIN
Every time I come here they never have what I ask for. Once I wanted butter pecan ice cream... They were out. Another time I wanted butter pecan on a waffle cone... They were out of waffle cones. Another time they gave me a waffle cone that taste 6yrs old!! Thought I'd try them one more time today to try the new sour blast drink... What do you know...? Out of chocolate and strawberry. Mixed two different flavors in a dbl scoop cup. Needs new management.
Ice cream is too expensive for the cone to be this old and stale. This store has gone downhill and noone seems to care. Not sure where the owner is or if they pay attention to the reviews.
They were out of chocolate, so I tasted 3 other flavors to find a suitable substitute. Was not happy with the Rocky Road that I ended up ordering - all marshmallows and about 10% chocolate ice cream. Must have been a bad mix. The waffle cones that we ordered were also stale. I purchased for 2 people and spent $12. Nobody was happy with their order.
