So is my husband’s birthday and I wanted to make it special and go to a Baskin Robbins which is about 45 minutes from our house. I came in last Saturday at about 7pm and there were two girls working. I ordered a milkshake and a ice cream scoop and they made it fast and customer service was incredibly welcoming. My milkshake came out thick, just how I like it. Overall, I am very pleased with this experience.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter from this Baskin-Robbins location and the next day they called to say they didn’t have the ice cream flavor in stock. They said the order would be canceled and refunded. After that, it turned into a whole runaround. I called several times over the next two weeks to confirm the refund because their website says “no refunds,” but this wasn’t my fault, they couldn’t fulfill the order. I recently purchased a cake for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday from this location. The employee who took our order wasn’t sure about whether or not what we wanted was a possibility. She took the time to make a call and confirm while we were there. The end result was exactly what we wanted and she even called later that week to ask what color we wanted the personal message to be in! Very pleased with the service and cake!
