Pulling up to any drive thru, you expect to see a menu and then make a choice. According to the voice on the box, Baskin-Robbins has 32 flavors which they rotate… she seemed confused when I asked her what flavors were available. Okay, I think you probably get the point - they don’t have their flavors on the menu and their staff won’t read all of them to you. I feel this is the single dumbest corporate decision I’ve ever seen. It’s like they sat in a room and said, “How can we make our ordering process harder?”

I entered the store to annoying loud music. No one seemed to notice that I came in. I tried to find the flavor of the month in the ice cream case. If it was there it was not correctly labelled. Several of the ice creams were.melted with saggy boils of ice cream on the edges. I waited and waited. I began to time my wait.
