I just had to share how wonderful our experience was at the Baskin Robbins in Murrieta, especially thanks to Julie! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. The shop was spotless, inviting, and had such a great vibe. I came in hoping to get a custom Minecraft cake for my son’s birthday. I wasn’t sure they’d be able to do it, but Julie not only said yes, she absolutely nailed it! After waiting 10 minutes for the girl in the back room with her back to the front lobby, talking to someone else to come out, I gave up and went to the one off of Ynez.
Great ice cream
I came in tonight to buy a cake. It was so busy yet the shop was very clean. I was helped by Julie and I asked to buy a cake. I realized I forgot my son’s carrier and was trying to figure out how I was going to balance my baby and the cake without it dropping. Before I checked out Julie offered to walk me to my car to help. I appreciated that so much. We will be back soon.
