Isabella is an absolute gem! I took what can only be described as an Olympic amount of time to make up my mind, and she never rushed me once. She was patient, cheerful, and genuinely seemed to love what she was doing. Everything was made with such care that I swear you could taste the love. The shop itself was absolutely spotless. Made an online order and they made us wait over thirty minutes to grab it even though we showed the receipt and the online order. Placed at 8:30pm and pickup was for 8:50pm and did not come out until 9:20pm. Never even apologized and did not even show the slightest hint of hospitality.
