Teach your employees how to make the Cappucino Blast or take it off the menu, it's annoying when it's a gamble if the people working there know how to make it or not when you go. It has ice and the cappucino mix which gives it a stronger coffee flavor and a slightly slushy texture. This is a problem at other BRs too where it's wildly inconsistent Edit: Upgraded from 3 to 5 stars. After a horrible situation at a nearby Baskin Robbins, I went to this one. I could not have been treated any nicer than I was. Courtney was the employee who helped me. She was upbeat, pleasant and so nice to deal with. The store was well stocked and very clean. It was a pleasure to shop there.

My family last came here after having a terrible meal at Red Robin. Because this place is always good enough for ice cream to salvage a terrible meal. Classic ice cream. Reasonable and regularly has specials / discounts too. Clean and bright inside. This is also where we get all our family birthday cakes.
