We ordered a scoop and while walking out, we saw another flavor we wanted to try, so we came back to order again. The employee with blue headphones was sitting on her phone and clearly not paying attention to customers. When we asked for another scoop, she gave us a terrible attitude and started slamming things around like she didn’t want to be there. It was rude, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK JUST STAY HOME! Customers shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of behavior
Employee was very rude (2nd time). Barked at us for our order. No smile, no polite greeting. Acted like she was doing us a favor. Must not be concerned about tips-it would be a cold day in hell before I would tip her. Second employee rudely called across the counter to tell us that the lobby was closed. So fun and great service!
Teach your employees how to make the Cappucino Blast or take it off the menu, it's annoying when it's a gamble if the people working there know how to make it or not when you go. It has ice and the cappucino mix which gives it a stronger coffee flavor and a slightly slushy texture.
