They are always out of waffle cones. And when they do have some it’s always a big hold in the bottom of it.
Ordering for someone else first time here , I go in to make sure I explain the order as it was explained to me , 3 staff members behind the counter , no one greeted me no one acknowledged me , they had me waiting,just standing there, then I decided let me go through the drive through. Terrible customer service.
I ordered a strawberry milkshake for my daughter and she said it didn't taste like a shake. I tried it and they must have blended strawberry flavor with milk and ice. How does an ice cream store not know how to make a shake?
Went here on a Saturday night around 8PM. There were no customers inside. We walked in and were not acknowledged for at least 5 mins. We were then acknowledged again about 5 mins later but were still not served. Another 2-3 mins went by and I ordered a milkshake. After I received it, it was another few mins before we could pay. I got to the car and as we were already driving a way I tried my shake and what I got was basically really cold milk.
