When is come to ice cream great the standard across every Baskin Robbins since it's a franchise. What I don't like is whenever you go to use a coupon that Baskin Robbins sends months when you sign up this location for some reason can never take it because their system is down.. I call BS. If you can't scan a coupon you should manually be able to enter it. This is not the first second or third time this location has done this. Several customers came by hoping to get ice cream but ended up leaving because there was no one to serve them. I literally wait for 20 minutes and nobody came! Just wanted to keep you informed!
Didn’t honor my birthday even when presenting government issued ID. Sucks tney rely on an actual coupon code than someone’s ID with their date of birth. Should have not even bothered lining up and gone to Dairy Queen instead!
