We had a very disappointing experience tonight. We arrived around 10:50 PM and were already standing in line before closing. At approximately 10:55 PM, when it was our turn to order, a young lady with a darker complexion who was working at the counter suddenly turned off the lights and treated us in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. I had a great experience at Baskin-Robbins! The ice cream was fresh, delicious, and there were plenty of flavors to choose from. A special thank you to Mehek for the excellent customer service. She was friendly, patient, and made my visit enjoyable with her warm attitude and helpful recommendations. It's always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers. I'll definitely be coming back!
We went there to buy and customize a polar pizza for my birthday. When we went we were told that we could only get it if it's pre-ordered so we were gonna leave...... but Simran said she could make it for my birthday🥳 so thankful she could make it for us and it tasted amazing😁 Thank you Simran!!
