Zane was really helpful. Me and the kids really enjoyed our time out today. The ice cream and cake tasted great.
We always look forward to coming to Baskin Robbins thanks to Zain! He is so friendly, helpful and genuinely a delight every time we visit. His customer service always makes the experience so lovely and is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Such a great atmosphere and always a nice trip because of him.
We visited Baskin-Robbins to get a cake for our anniversary, and even though it was a last-minute request, Zain and Deep helped us find one. They went the extra mile to assist us and provided great customer service.
One of the most expensive Baskin-Robbins location prices are way higher compared to other locations
Horrible experience today. If I could give zero stars I would. We have been getting burthday cakes at this location for over 10 years and have always been pleased. I sent my daughter in to pick one up and have”Happy Birthday Dad!” written on it. She gets it home and it says something completely different than requested “Happy Birthday To the best dad ever”.
