Try different location due to terrible customer service. The store was not busy when myself and my friend walked in. After the ice cream was scooped and it was time to pay, I reached for my card in my wallet and delayed for about 10 seconds finding it. The girl who had just scooped the ice cream for me then gestured to another customer beside us who had just walked in after us and said "Let her pay first". I showed her " I have the card in hand" ....but she insisted "just let her pay first ". Really? what's with the impatien... read more
Loved this location! I've been to many other Baskin Robbin's but the ice cream and customer service here was perfect. They were patient while I was indecisive especially the employee named Jasleen. She is so sweet I loved her. Will be coming back for the ice cream and to talk to her!

Came from brampton because all icecream shops was closed and in google maps it says this location is open,change to close when you guys close
