I have never had a bad experience at this location. I am mostly in love with the clean and welcoming environment that allows me to comfortably eat with my eyes before ingesting what I am purchasing. Despite being winter the floors are clean and the place smells fresh. The sink is always clean and counters, door, and display windows are never dirty. Please update ur opening and closing timing. We came at 9:20pm on a Wednesday and the server was closing everything. The website said the store closed at 10pm. We r confused about when the store is closing. Felt bad for the server.
I visited the Baskin Robbins on 850 Main Street with my kids, and we were absolutely amazed by the service and the quality of the ice cream. Aiden was the only person working at the time, and he was incredibly nice, friendly, and patient. He answered all of our questions with a smile and made the whole experience enjoyable for the kids and for me. Excellent service and delicious ice cream. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
Excellent service, and very caring towards my friend who has special needs.
The high school students working there have no customer service! They are too busy talking to each other than do their work. What is worse is that they did not get the order right! I felt like I wasted my money
