I had a great experience at Baskin-Robbins Milton store. Manpal provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, patient, and helped me choose the perfect ice cream flavor. The service was quick, and the whole visit felt welcoming and enjoyable. Definitely coming back!
I had a fantastic experience at Baskin Robbins Last Tuesday afternoon , thanks to two particular employees (not sure of the names but one of them had long dirty blonde hair and the other had long brown). I do not usually expect young working teens to have such polite and respectful manners but two of the teens absolutely changed that perspective I held. They were incredibly friendly and efficient. Bought from Baskin Robbin’s on Uber Eats all the time back then and started ordering again through the app. This is the second time they’ve gotten my order wrong and have given me a different flavour than the one I asked and paid for… First time, whatever… mistakes happen… but the second time and the same flavour given to me by mistake??
