"Super-clean establishment, quick and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to visit." That's what I posted 8 years ago, together with 5 stars. After today's disappointing visit, 2 stars was more than generous. See photo why: Most people don't know this, but Baskin Robbins has a regulation sized scoop of ice cream(by weight). It's required, no matter how many years or months of experience a server has, to practice scooping on the weight-scale when there are no customers in the store.
