Placed a mobile order, said it would take 45 minutes and I get to the store I was ignored at the mobile order area and when I finally asked what I need, they proceeded to state my order was not ready because they were missing a flavor... you guys literally ask for my contact info on your app so you definitely had my cellphone number but instead of contacting me and inform your employees waited till I was there to notify me.... and when I asked for a refund they said I would have to do it through the app but there is no optio... read more
Like the fact that I can try the ice cream before I buy it. Baseball nut is my favorite. The staff is nice. The cakes are amazing.
