The lady taking the order is useless. When asked about flavors for sundae, she mentioned “you don’t know the flavor”. When we mentioned we don’t can you help, her response go check on the app. Please teach your employees “customer centric approach” or dump them. In this case dump her.
They do not give you the correct amount of whatever you order, happened multiple times. Check your stuff before you leave.
Horrible customer service. Would not recommend going to this location.
This is my go to store everyday. They serve me very quick. It’s very nice and clean store. I get my coffee everyday here. Must try this Dunkin as they are very fast in serving orders. I see this store every time busy. But still they serve very fast and good quality.
There was not one single napkin in this restaurant. The tables were dirty and the restroom was worse! Don't go there!
