ordered a photo cake and was told the morning of date needed that it would not be made. came in for a refund manager was not there so they told me to come back again for my money the next day.
I ordered a cake online and indicated special instructions for a layer of fudge between the cake and the ice cream. since that is not something visible, I did not know that the instructions were not followed until the cake was cut. There was nothing between the cake and ice cream. I called the following day to speak to a manager and was told they would call me back later in the day, which they did not.
