Left me on hold for 5 minutes to check if they had an ice cream cake in the freezer. All I heard was them talking in the background. So, idk what the issue was but they definitely forgot I was on the phone.
Do not order cakes from here!! Had a ridiculous experience where I ordered a cake from them and they called 36 hours before I needed the cake to tell me their photocake printer is not working so they can not make it. I asked them to refund me for the order and they said I would need to come into the store in order for them to be able to do that? Just went to pick up my kid’s personalized bday cake for the party we’re having in an hour and they didn’t have it. I had an emailed receipt with a pick-up time/date/location and they had no idea what to do. Very frustrating.
Whenever I come here and ask for some kind of ice cream or drink, the employee can never do it or always says it's not available.
