The late nite servers are not in the mood to serve customers at all- Handed me 2 quarts in my hands in a drive thru. Who owns this franchise? If you care do something about this summer crew you have. Talking back to customers in tandem. They are in the wrong job! No wonder you are already at 2.x level.
Every time we go there they say they are closed , even though it’s not closing time yet.
Worst Baskin Robbin’s in US. Slow drive through. Slow service inside. They don’t train their staff. High turnover. They think one quart of ice cream should only have one flavor.
Worst baskin experience ever, placed an order for sundaes with bananas and waited 15 minutes at the window and was given two banana splits instead of sundaes with cut up bananas, and both were already melted almost entirely when they were handed to us as if they left them on the counter and waited the whole 15 minutes to give them to us.
