SCAM!!!! So apparently for light ice they have to upcharge you , $1.50 EXTRA lol what a joke even if you ask for light ice they make sure half the cup is full Never returning to this location ill stick to starbucks.WATCH OUT THE “3 LOCAL ITEM 2” is the up charge they don't even let you know its extra for light ice !!!!
Ice cream tasted like it had freezer burn. Asked the employee to please swap the milkshake out to a different ice cream or provide a refund and he refused. Was not willing to do anything to resolve an issue with their product. Will not return to this location.
Very good ice cream. Prices up substantially...$8.85 for two single scoop cones. Inside service ends at 9:00, not 10:00 as listed.
Coffee bitter donuts not fresh
Customer service is right out the window these days. Woman had an attitude right off the bat with me just asking if thry had an ice cream flavor 🙄
