This place needs zero stars and if it’s franchised corporate needs to take it over. This location is a scam that cuts and skimps ingredients. Example loaded sundaes are 3 2.5 oz scoops and this location gives 1.5 scoops basically cutting the volume in half for the same price. They deliver the product to you in a smaller cup than other locations as well so if you would have never seen what the item is supposed to look like you would think it is ok.
Terrible customer service
SCAM!!!! So apparently for light ice they have to upcharge you , $1.50 EXTRA lol what a joke even if you ask for light ice they make sure half the cup is full Never returning to this location ill stick to starbucks.WATCH OUT THE “3 LOCAL ITEM 2” is the up charge they don't even let you know its extra for light ice !!!!
Ice cream tasted like it had freezer burn. Asked the employee to please swap the milkshake out to a different ice cream or provide a refund and he refused. Was not willing to do anything to resolve an issue with their product. Will not return to this location.
