I ordered a cake online and they completed it exactly how I wanted it. Very friendly and helpful staff too! I would definitely come back in the future.
Tried to get some ice cream, but after 10 mins waiting with only one person being served before me, I gave up! Too bad there is such bad customer service. The people before me wanted a mango smoothie, and the kid tried to give them strawberry instead. Then when the customer said she really wanted mango, he said, “ok, then I have to go in back!” He came back with a box full of mango. Of course there were other workers around, but apparently only one serves ice cream? Imagine if the place is crowded.
They didn’t wear any gloves serving my ice cream :( no labels either
