The ice cream parlor was out of many flavors, and the ordering process was extremely disorganized. To make matters worse, the ice cream quality was quite poor. It tasted like air, and the person scooping it seemed indifferent to the customer’s needs. Instead of giving a full scoop, they skimmed the ice cream scoop over the top of the container and then put it into a cup. It was a highway robbery for five or six dollars a scoop. Disappointed in this trash. I just wanted a simple scoop of cookies and cream ice cream but what I got was a scoop full of ice
Ordered a cake online and when I went to pick it up there were noticeable indents in the cake and the birthday name was so poorly written you couldn't tell what the name was. When I pointed this out to the associate he first tried to gaslight me and tell me nothing was wrong. When I insisted he finally looked at it, shrugged, and said the cake was made at another store and dropped off like this.
