Ordered a cake online and when I went to pick it up there were noticeable indents in the cake and the birthday name was so poorly written you couldn't tell what the name was. When I pointed this out to the associate he first tried to gaslight me and tell me nothing was wrong. When I insisted he finally looked at it, shrugged, and said the cake was made at another store and dropped off like this. I ordered a cake online and they completed it exactly how I wanted it. Very friendly and helpful staff too! I would definitely come back in the future.
Tried to get some ice cream, but after 10 mins waiting with only one person being served before me, I gave up! Too bad there is such bad customer service. The people before me wanted a mango smoothie, and the kid tried to give them strawberry instead. Then when the customer said she really wanted mango, he said, “ok, then I have to go in back!” He came back with a box full of mango. Of course there were other workers around, but apparently only one serves ice cream? Imagine if the place is crowded.
