I visited Baskin-Robbins for the first time and had such a great experience, thanks to Francisca. She went above and beyond—offering samples of flavors I’d never tried and even checking the back for options that weren’t out front. She was kind, patient, and very professional throughout my visit. What really stood out was her attention to detail. When I asked for honey, she noticed the packet was sticky and took the time to clean it before handing it to me. I am very disappointed with the experience I had at this Baskin Robbins location. I had placed an online order for a birthday cake for my husband, and I received confirmation that the order went through successfully. On the day I went to pick up the cake, one of the employees told me it was “almost ready,” which led me to believe everything was fine.
