I am very disappointed with the experience I had at this Baskin Robbins location. I had placed an online order for a birthday cake for my husband, and I received confirmation that the order went through successfully. On the day I went to pick up the cake, one of the employees told me it was “almost ready,” which led me to believe everything was fine. Yep yall are a mess. You would have been better off answering the phone instead of putting me in voicemail. Now I have to actually type what I needed to say. Ordered through Uber and since it was a bundle I couldn't get a partial refund. Make sure they're actually reading the orders and putting the right items in the bag to be delivered. Now I feel like you played with my money.
