First time ordering an icecream cake from Baskin Robbins, and I will likely never again. I know its just cake, but it was a cake for my daughters 13th birthday and times are tough. Spending this kind of money for icecream shouldn't leave a bad taste in your mouth. First issue (shown on the receipt) I ordered a chocolate crunchy cake with a photo. The totals do not match. The Baskin-Robbins' facility was cleaned inside and outside. The entire staff was friendly. The server used proper sanitation practices prior to and when preparing my sundae. I enjoyed my sundae. Thank you!
