Lazy girl with freckles lied and claimed she couldn’t add name to cake, refused to greet us and gave poor customer service. We had to drive to a different baskin robin to have them add her name to the cake. This happened Tuesday the 5th at 5pm
The manager of this store or whomever makes the schedules only has 1 poor girl scheduled on a 90° day. This poor gal hadn't so much as had a second to blink all day and looked like she was about to drop. Between the endless stream of customers and having to pay attention to door dash orders as well it was inhumane to say the least. And it's not like they aren't making enough money to pay an appropriate number of people for a shift, charging 9 dollars for a piddly little scoop.
