Always has great customer service and has great ice cream!!
ordered an ice cream cake for my 6 year olds Bday party. They dont have the option i chose so they cancelled order. I called store to talk to manager and she waas very rude and said they dont offer that one. I git upset and very frustrated and she stated they are cancelling order. She hangs up and no more then 5 minutes after her GM calls me and says she has that option and they will make my cake. Very frustrated and we will see if my daughter will actually get what she ordered. Will never be back and wont recommend to anyon... read more
