I really enjoy this Baskin & Robbin’s. Clean and quiet. Manager is friendly and accommodating.
😡Tried to go there at 8:50pm but they had already closed. Their hours say they’re open till 10pm… guess they close over an hour early now but didn’t update that online?
terrible customer service and terrible management. ordered a cake and wanted it done a certain way but couldn’t be done instead of giving options it was shut down . whatever right until an assistant manager throws it in my face that i can’t have it done a certain way because it’s not prepaid while raising her voice at me. why give the option to pay during pick up instead of just saying it had to be prepaid lol.
