I came into the store this previous tuesday right before closing and the 2 boys on shift were very respectful and prepared my pretty large order with no complaints the store was also very clean and welcoming.
I went in today to get ice cream with my family, and Sepherino was working all alone. He did an amazing job handling every single customer with patience, respect, and a genuine smile on his face. Even while juggling everything by himself, he stayed positive and welcoming. Great service like that really stands out and deserves recognition.
