My wife and I stopped here at this baskin robbins at about 2:30 pm today to get some ice cream. My wife usually gets a scoop of mint chocolate and a scoop of chocolate chip. The girl there was scraping the bottom of ice cream bucket to make a scoop of mint chocolate . They did not have that much of a selection. The tables, floors and restroom were dirty.. This place needs cleanliness and to stock on ice cream.
What kind of manager would leave this poor guy here with 25 people on line in the middle of the day, with no support staff? A hero who will get a big tip but this establishment needs to take serious inventory of their business practices.
Never have a selection anymore. They're employees are too busy playing around and they can't even write Happy Birthday anymore. How sad and pathetic Thank you Sly for being the only one willing to help and make our special day memorable when Mariah happily said "NO WE DON'T DO THAT!"

Hice una orden en línea, pagué y todo y cuando la fui a recoger me dijeron que no podían ayudarme que no tenían mi orden y que no podían hacer nada, para que entonces aceptan que uno haga órdenes en línea y luego no te dan nada? Esto es un robo!! terrible servicio perdí mi tiempo y mi dinero muy mal!
