Hice una orden en línea, pagué y todo y cuando la fui a recoger me dijeron que no podían ayudarme que no tenían mi orden y que no podían hacer nada, para que entonces aceptan que uno haga órdenes en línea y luego no te dan nada? Esto es un robo!! terrible servicio perdí mi tiempo y mi dinero muy mal!
I placed an online order, and from the moment I arrived to pick it up, the customer service was terrible. The employees were inefficient. Apparently, there was an “error” that caused my order not to appear in their system (I showed them the order number, and the address of that location was clearly listed on the receipt). Not only did they fail to prepare the order I paid for, but they also did NOT issue a refund. I asked if there was a number I could call to request a refund or at least speak to a manager who could help me.... read more
Fernando was great customer service and very friendly. Ice was delicious 😋
Showed up 10 minutes to closing. Open sign was on. Got out of the car and an employee came and slammed the door in my face and turned off the open sign. I’m wouldn’t go here they don’t want customers.
