Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Walked in at 9:15 PM on a Sunday night, stood patiently in line for 5 minutes, and when it was finally my turn to order a chocolate shake, I was told they "aren't serving beverages anymore" because they close in 10 minutes. If your doors are unlocked and your sign says open, you are OPEN for business. Shutting down equipment early because the staff wants to clock out early is completely unacceptable. I came into the store this previous tuesday right before closing and the 2 boys on shift were very respectful and prepared my pretty large order with no complaints the store was also very clean and welcoming.
