I went in today to get ice cream with my family, and Sepherino was working all alone. He did an amazing job handling every single customer with patience, respect, and a genuine smile on his face. Even while juggling everything by himself, he stayed positive and welcoming. Great service like that really stands out and deserves recognition.
Ice cream is REPEATEDLY too soft. Downright mushy. I think they tweak the temperature on the freezer so the little teenaged girls who work there can scoop the ice cream. But I'm done "stopping for a cone." Another one of life's pleasant pick-me-ups that's over and done with. I'll stop at the market and get a pint of Haagen Dazs - it's better ice cream anyway.
