I should’ve read the reviews before coming in. Honestly, go somewhere else for ice cream this place will just leave you mad. The worker gave me probably 5 spoonfuls of ice cream for $5. I asked if I could have a little bit more ice cream because it was such a small scoop! He said “that’s how I serve everyone”. Don’t waste your time here.
The fact that this store has the a same bad reviews after 4 years should tell you everything you need to know. I keep trying to give this location a chance but the only thing consistent about this location is that it never fails to disappoint. 1. The staff is always rude. 2. Russell is the master at scooping Rocky Road ice cream! Most struggle scooping rocky road, not Russell! Good solid scoops for a 2 scoops Rocky Road sundae. Russell stayed busy scooping ice cream, boxing up donuts and running the drive-thru without missing a beat. He took care of each customer quickly and efficiently! Great attitude, hard work! Thank you, Russell! Give this guy a raise!
