The service was extremely terrible. Both workers tonight were very unfriendly, the lady behind the counter did not say anything to us to even acknowledge that we were there. I ordered and while I was waiting the man behind the counter was sighing because more customers were walking in and also said a curse word. The website says that it closes at 10 and we showed up at 8:50. Hours need to be updated. Showed up at 9pm and they were closed.
I should’ve read the reviews before coming in. Honestly, go somewhere else for ice cream this place will just leave you mad. The worker gave me probably 5 spoonfuls of ice cream for $5. I asked if I could have a little bit more ice cream because it was such a small scoop! He said “that’s how I serve everyone”. Don’t waste your time here.
The fact that this store has the a same bad reviews after 4 years should tell you everything you need to know. I keep trying to give this location a chance but the only thing consistent about this location is that it never fails to disappoint. 1. The staff is always rude. 2. They are ALWAYS out of something, it never fails- seriously it’s like the only thing guaranteed about this store. It doesn’t matter day of the week or time of day they will be out of popular flavors. The lady that decorated the cakes made me one and it was beautifully decorated not to mention it tasted so good. I will definitely come back for more. Thanks so much
