I usually have a good experience. My hubby and I frequent this location. I had sent a co-worker to get us a dessert and the order wasnt right, upon my return the staff member/Shift leader (NOVA) was very RUDE made accusations that we ate out of the ice cream. Refused to service me and told me I could leave. I then requested to speak to a manager. She pulls out her cell phone and calls only to speak with him and explain her side of the story.
