I usually have a good experience. My hubby and I frequent this location. I had sent a co-worker to get us a dessert and the order wasnt right, upon my return the staff member/Shift leader (NOVA) was very RUDE made accusations that we ate out of the ice cream. Refused to service me and told me I could leave. I then requested to speak to a manager. She pulls out her cell phone and calls only to speak with him and explain her side of the story. I was disappointed with this Baskin Robins. The scoops of ice cream that they give are crazy small and look nothing like the advertised photos. The price you pay for what they give you isn’t worth it.
