Walked in at 8:45 and the faces and attitude we received then told us they weren’t selling anything because cash registers and machines were all closed down. Staff was RUDE for even walking in and were already mopping. DO THAT AFTER CLOSING!!!!!!!!
2 thumbs down. hated the drive thru experience. asked for a flavor and they gave me the wrong shake after i confirmed with them that they had it. spent $9 dollars for some non managed BS combo store. BOOOOOO BASKIN ROBINS GALLATIN BOOOOO

This must be the worst managed BR in the state. Been here twice to get a hot fudge Sunday and first time no VANILLA ice cream and no hot fudge. Second occasion, out of nuts and fudge is clumpy and cold . Need to clean up too. So disappointing.
