My daughter went on the app and pre-ordered tje ice cream she wanted. When we got to the drive thru they said they were out of the marshmallow topping she wanted. She had to pay extra for it but they offered no refund or alternative. They then say they also don't have the chocolate chip cheesecake flavor she wanted but they did have plain cheesecake flavor. Walked in at 8:45 and the faces and attitude we received then told us they weren’t selling anything because cash registers and machines were all closed down. Staff was RUDE for even walking in and were already mopping. DO THAT AFTER CLOSING!!!!!!!!
2 thumbs down. hated the drive thru experience. asked for a flavor and they gave me the wrong shake after i confirmed with them that they had it. spent $9 dollars for some non managed BS combo store. BOOOOOO BASKIN ROBINS GALLATIN BOOOOO
Closed and cleaning up at 9:37 PM even though Google Maps says they should be open till 10:00 PM
