Once again, I feel compelled to write an unpleasant review of this particular store. I ordered a triple scoop in a cup. I specified 3 adult scoops in the drive thru. I paid and when I received the ice cream it was in a two scoop cup. I mentioned it to the employee and she said they were out of the 3 scoop cups. She replied that it is 3 scoops though. Come on! DISAPPOINTED showed up at 9:02 (Google says closing time is 10pm) just to arrive to a locked door and employee that came to unlock it and tell us that they stop serving ice cream at 9pm. UPDATE YOUR HOURS OR GET EMPLOYEES THAT ACTUALLY WORK THE HOURS LISTED!
THE BEST CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!!! I just had to get that on here 🥰🥰
They’re supposed to close at 10 pm, we came at the time that’s shown in the picture and they were already closed, we were picking up at uber delivery, they made us lose our time. My husband will be calling corporate tomorrow, just literally close the whole thing if yall don’t want to work, this is embarrassing.
