The ice cream was fine, but the food prep areas were filthy and the staff was slow, unorganized and VERY unhelpful. Took a half hour to get a 1 scoop cone with only 8 customers ahead of us, also getting single scoops. Won't be back, may never give the BR franchise my business anymore. No local owned shop could stay in business with service like this.
3 staff in a store with 20+ guests took a whole hour
Gone down hills since remodeling. The girl who cashed us out pulled her phone out right in front of us and was texting while our card processed. (She was short with with piercings) And my milk shake was just milk. Not thick at all. It sloshed and moved around in the cup. Not even a chance to melt yet still liquid.
The ice cream is good but the services it’s absolutely horrible. There were 3 girls and they were talking Spanish and making fun of people. They were more focus on gossiping than working. It’s not possible that I waited more than 30 minutes because they were busy gossiping between them. Very disrespectful costumer service. DONT COME TO THIS ONE
Between some lady sitting at the tables with a dog on the tables and the guy behind the counter rolling his eyes, this experience was a complete joke. I ordered the daiquiri ice and it tasted like straight soap. Didn't say anything to the staff, cuz clearly they had better things to do.
