Paid for 2 shakes they didn't have the product for ... Didn't tell me what they did have, didn't even offer a replacement, didn't even offer a store credit, didn't offer to cancel the order.... Drove over an hour to get baskin robbins. It wasn’t even open and the employees were less than helpful. Online they show I can order ahead and when I get there they don’t have it. What a waist of time.
