Donuts hard ice-cream cones stale Service was the worst I have ever had
My son & I walked into Baskins Robbin's on Easter 2025 for ice cream. (We're Black-Americans) didn't received a greeting and stood at the counter waiting to be served for at least 7 minutes. A Caucasian family walked in about five minutes after us, received a warm greeting and in about a minute was waited on BUT we still hadn't been waited on. We left!
Be aware- closes at 8 pm not at 10 pm as their page says! Staff were very rude and unfriendly.
I'm very sick and having a bad day, and the lady working was very sweet and had a beautiful smile, made me feel so much better , will come again on a bad day
I always have a good experience but today the young crew today was exceptional!!! Service was excellent!!! Suggestions were on point!!!
