I’ve ordered from this Baskin Robins a couple of times and each time I have been disappointed, the Oreo Sundae was poorly made, the Chocolate Syrup was lackluster, the Ice Cream scoops were less than generous, the Ice Cream was mediocre, I’ll stick with Diary Queen from now on.
I just wanna know why everytime I come here for a cake they never have the stuff for them to write anything on the cakes or do designs ? & these kids in here always rush to purchase things & don’t know really anything when being asked a question.
Crystal employee 5893 should not be in customer service went for ice-cream seems all the ice-cream cream was to frozen to sell. Come on you have a metal scoop that u can use to start scraping off the top. Such a shame lost a big order for the store
We were there this afternoon, and we left very disappointed this time. The girl who served us did it in a bad way, she was angry, she was rushing us to order, when there was no one else in the place waiting to order. The ice cream she served us was a size smaller than normal. Very bad service this time!!
Should update the hours so people don’t waste their time. Just drove over here all for the employee to say they closed at 9:00pm. vs what the listing here says 9:30pm.
