No baseball but during baseball season, get told “it’s seasonal”…right, we are in baseball season. Put in an online order and literally none of what we ordered on the app they had. None of it. We had to ask go thru flavors online to see if they had them instead of the other way around. So weird. We live so close and never go because of this.
They were out of alit if items and these young people need better customer skills.

Someone else needs to learn how to do inventory cause they never have any ingredients. We always have to go with our 3rd choice. All these reviews are bad and yet nothing has been done to fix these issues. They need better management!
I just stopped by this location to get some dessert. My mom wanted a pineapple shake. I've ordered it from other locations many times before with no issues. The girl at the drive thru tells me "we don't have that flavor" so I asked her if they put pineapple on their banana split and she tells me "no". Flat out lied to me. Pineapple IS a flavor they offer, all she had to do was make a vanilla shake and add pineapple. This is the 2nd time I've visited this location and have been treated rudely. I will not return.
