I just stopped by this location to get some dessert. My mom wanted a pineapple shake. I've ordered it from other locations many times before with no issues. The girl at the drive thru tells me "we don't have that flavor" so I asked her if they put pineapple on their banana split and she tells me "no". Flat out lied to me. Pineapple IS a flavor they offer, all she had to do was make a vanilla shake and add pineapple. This is the 2nd time I've visited this location and have been treated rudely. I will not return. What the heck! Who's the manager! Those poor teenagers at the serving windows don't have the ingredients the need for ANTHING... tried to order a hot fudge sundae: no fudge, fine, but no vanilla ice cream? How about a pistachio ice cream...nope nada! Then you could be making boo-boo box, but it is managed very very poorly
This is the worst Baskin location. And I disappoint myself every time I give them another chance. Like once or twice a year. They never have everything to make a whole dessert. My sad banana split is just horrible without the toppings lol Ugh such disappointment. And it's always dirty inside.
Don’t waste your time! They say online they close at 10 and they were already closed at 9. There was a girl at the window who claimed they did not have bananas nor pralines ice cream only because they were rushing ready to go already cleaning at 9 and did not want to make my order. They are lazy and hindering the company from making money. I can imagine how many times they have done that before! LAZY you get paid to work until 10! WHATS THE PROBLEM???
About once a summer we try this place for ice cream. In the last 5 years we’ve never had a great experience. Tonight I will say the young man working was pleasant which was a first, but 20 minutes to wait for one car ahead of us and to get 3 cups each with 1 scoop of ice cream is just too much. Sonic is down the road…
