Very poor customer service from the 2 young ladies running the store. Asked for a fizz with starry and sherbet via the drive through and they offered me the Paloma flavor bc they don’t have the standard sherbet that you would get in a fizz. I requested no Tajin bc the Paloma paradise drink mentions Tajin. However, the person taking the order failed to mention it was in the ice cream itself and not just something they added to the drink. I am always being told they are out of what I want to order or they “can’t “ make the cappy blast because they have to defrost the ice cream or they don’t have the mix . How can they ALWAYS be out of the mix. It’s literally one of the only things I order and 9 times out of 10 I can’t get it . I am from Chicago and I literally ordered this cappy blast every day for months and was never ever told they can’t make because they are out of the mix or that they have to defrost ice cream .
