Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve ordered from this place THREE different times and every single time they didn’t have the ice cream I ordered. Not once, not twice—EVERY time. That’s not bad luck, that’s straight-up poor management. They continue to list items they clearly don’t have, take your money, and then fail to deliver what was ordered with zero communication or accountability. Took my kids for ice cream. I got two scoops in a cone. My kids got single scoops..we'll has suger cones. The kids was put in a cup to add some gummy candy..maybe 4 or 5 dummies each..the lady charged me 3.00..all together cost was 19.87..crazy
Why are you always out of Chocolate and Cookies and Cream Ice Cream? Would it hurt to order more of the flavors you run out of all the time?
