Not anywhere on the store says that the Ice Cream can't be served after 8:30 pm on a Sunday. We had been driving for 3 hours and decided to pull off the highway to get some Ice Cream. The Store Closes at 9:00.. We walked in at 8:32 and they wouldn't serve us Ice Cream. Talk about horrible Customer Service! Unbelievability ridiculous for a Baskin Robins who make money by serving Ice Cream as a company but not when they don't want to.
The ice cream wasn’t too bad. The people were very friendly and definitely deserve a raise. But the cost of the ice cream was quite expensive for the quality. I paid almost $6 after taxes for one small scoop on a quite small sugar cone. 6.4/10 - Taste of Ice Cream 9/10 - Quality of Service 2.5/10 - Cost of Ice Cream
Nice clean place with friendly service. Coffee and dounut were delicious.
the place is terrible. You can't see the menu sign It's fogged up The woman told me I got a free waffle cone for 2 scoops the charged me $679 for it and the cone collapsed as soon as it was handed to me She wouldn't take the mess back or give me a napkin or receipt. I will never go back
