I recently visited Baskin-Robbins and had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. The customer service was subpar, primarily due to the attitude of the staff. When I approached the counter, the man assisting us, who I believe was named Grant, seemed visibly annoyed when I requested a waffle bowl. He made it clear that he was not happy about having to make it, stating that it would take three minutes as if that was a significant inconvenience. El peor servicio los empleados son muy imprudentes no hacen bien su trabajo y se burglar de los clientes en especial una empleada que tiene el pelo con color rosado que me atendió el día 4/19 a las 6:59 además de la risa burlona
El trato fue pésimo por parte de una muchacha. Ella tenía cara poco amigable y nos trató bastante mal. El cappy q prepararon estaba mal hecho porque tenía unos trozotes de hielo. Además de todo la peor parte es q el ice cream está viejo porque todo lo q es nuez está vieja y el Ice cream ya tiene mucho hielo.
Ice cream was old. Customer service was bad. Worst location.
“Why, the sheer audacity of that young lady! I approached with a courteous ‘hello,’ as any decent person might, only to be met with mockery and laughter. She carried on with her coworkers as though I were some grand joke, which I assure you, I am not”!
