Terrible customer service. The employees need to be retrained and taught to treat their customers like human beings. We won’t be back.
No line and the food is cold is crazy
The teenage or early 20s girl that was working on the evening of May 22nd at closing time needs to be fired. Terrible customer service. I will not return. I am so sad the Baskin Robbins on Sawdust closed a couple of years ago. They had great owners and employees. We went there all the time. The College Park store lost our business tonight forever.
Worst Baskin robbins I have been to customers service is horrible....
To the manager of this facility, just so you know your employees are closing early when customers are still coming in and out. I was there Sunday and the doors were locked on us 30 minutes before closing, and they saw us and would not let us in. You're losing business.
