Despite clearly being posted that the store closes at 9pm, this is merely a suggested time. The staff closes up 8:30.

I recently visited Baskin-Robbins and had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. The customer service was subpar, primarily due to the attitude of the staff. When I approached the counter, the man assisting us, who I believe was named Grant, seemed visibly annoyed when I requested a waffle bowl. He made it clear that he was not happy about having to make it, stating that it would take three minutes as if that was a significant inconvenience.
