I ordered my cake online and picked it up 2 days later with no issues.
My sister came in person and ordered a custom cake to pick up in a week, a week goes by and we go to pick up the cake, an employee goes to the back to get the cake and what do you know...there's no cake. The employee behind the counter was very nice and was trying to contact the Manager and the cake decorator but no one answered sooo at least the nice employees were able to refund the money, but the way this place is managed is so bad. I do not recommend ordering a custom cake here.
Bad experience when I get there to pick up my online cake order that I placed in advanced and say it is no where to be found!!! Showed them my order number and proof and cake was not ready!!! Manager was called and never responded leaving the employee clueless on what to do. Took forever to let me know what was happening. They said they did not know what happened or where my cake was. Terrible customer service. The employees need to be retrained and taught to treat their customers like human beings. We won’t be back.
