Have been out of hot fudge the last 3 times we’ve been by there. The employee said that they were also out of bananas for banana splits. You’re not an ice cream shop without those two things
Out of ice cream lady went in the back for 10 mins to find it came back out said nothing then wad asked 3 times to just use a different one out of hot fudge didnt say anything til I asked for it (on an item it automatically comes with) removed whip cream to add fudge never replaced it didnt heat up brownie for brownie Sunday Horrible customer service and charged us extra when out of everything
