I called to check if the ice cream bars I wanted were available. I drove 25 mins and waited in the drive thru to be told they did not have the ice cream flavor they swore they had on the phone. Then proceeded to gaslight me by saying I called the laplata branch when clearly my call log shows this location.

My family was excited to visit this Baskin-Robbins location after its recent renovation, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The store only had 8 flavors available—hardly the variety you’d expect from a Baskin-Robbins. Even when I tried to make the most of the limited options, I found that the freezers and blenders were constantly broken, which meant no milkshakes or sundaes. I went here with my daughters and this place is really nice! The worker’s here are very friendly, they attend quick and it’s a comfortable environment. I’ve gone to other Baskin Robins and usually they don’t have the banana split but lucky here they have it. We also got the berry smoothie mix and it tastes really good, especially for the heat. They gave us a drink to try in a small cup, it was the cappuccino blast. It tasted amazing I would order it the next time I come here.

Store is supposed to close at 8pm, it's7:30 pm and the inside closed up. Went to the drive thru service wasn't that much better.
