What’s the point of online ordering or even in store ordering if you are never going to have the flavors advertised online in stock. I’m sick of the same old thing every time. Can’t wait for Braums to open, gonna take all their business. Franchise owner should just pull out and let the building be used for something better. Update: Still same old flavors, long wait for a drink and now since their AC is always failing they added a mini split above the door that leaks, I almost slipped and fell.
Uber Eats needs to remove BR from the app. Clearly there is no communication on what is unavailable on the menu. This is the 3rd time ordering something that shows available then after the driver sits there 30 minutes they say they don’t have that item smh. Then mark it unavailable! We will never order from BR again.
