Goid ice cream
We came in this evening and it was a really bad experience. There is a group of teenage boys that work in there, who are using the store as their playground. The young lady was trying to help us but the boys working the drive through were cutting in front of her scooping the ice cream and yelling at each other. I had to wait on them to quit yelling at each other before I could finish telling her my order. Combine that with the ridiculously loud music and it’s definitely not a place I want to visit again.
I think this is the worse Baskin Robbin’s in the state. Wanted a caramel shake. Employee said they can’t make a caramel shake. Really? You can’t make a vanilla shake and add caramel to it? I swear he look at me as if I had 2 heads. I do not recommend going to this store. It’s like the people of Walmart has move to Baskin Robbin’s.
Second bad experience at this Baskin Robbins,ordered two hot coffee and the children working there served them cold.Hard to find smart enough employees.
This store is a waste of time and money. They do not even carry chocolate fudge ice cream.
