This might quite possibly be the absolute worst Baskin-Robbins I've ever seen. It may even be the worst Baskin-Robbins in the whole entire United States. Every single time that I go to this location to pick up a mobile order, the employees always tell me that they are out of something every single time. I don't see how this is possible and it is looking more and more like it is just the employees being lazy and not wanting to make orders. Goid ice cream
We came in this evening and it was a really bad experience. There is a group of teenage boys that work in there, who are using the store as their playground. The young lady was trying to help us but the boys working the drive through were cutting in front of her scooping the ice cream and yelling at each other. I had to wait on them to quit yelling at each other before I could finish telling her my order. Combine that with the ridiculously loud music and it’s definitely not a place I want to visit again.
