I don’t know how you are an ice cream shop and run out of sprinkles and waffle cones consistently..the staff is great-but come on..you are an ice cream place! Have all the stuff!
My only complaint is not offering military discount all the time. I don’t only serve this country on Monday’s.
This establishment should be closed down! They have the rudest employees and Baskin Robbins never have any ice cream. I’ve been on two separate occasions, and was told there is no ice cream, only the gallon sized in the walk in cooler.
The past few times I have came here all before 9 they have said they have already cleaned the mixer for milkshakes and will not be making anymore I understand wanted to get off on time and there’s a process to clean them but does it have to be done so early that you can’t order items an hour and a half before closing? Also tried to order other items to see what they did have and I was told they were out of mostly everything.
It was okay.
