I have tried the Hewitt location on several occasions. It has been disappointing each time. They didn't have the ice cream flavors listed on the menu. They didn't have sugar cones. They didn't have non dairy options. It is exhausting to try to patronize local spots. Jesus take the wheel. I'm over it...frfr
Trash. Waisted gas and time just to get there, for them to tell me they’re out of most things on my order.
They should rename this place "We're Out of That."
Place is a joke, staff friendly....they will tell you they are out of everything on your order with a smile on their face......no matter if it's the Dunkin or Baskin Robins side, they feed you a line of "it's a big seller" "but we have a budget on how much we can order". That is like McDonald's saying well, over a billion burgers sold but we are limiting how much beef we carry. Six different occasions I have run into this. Why run a buisness on such poor processes. I will never understand how this site never has one of their more popular flavors. I get that it’s popular. Order more. I can drive across town and get what I want everytime. If we have to drive across town what’s the point if having more than one location.
